Terms and Conditions
Illustration Commissions
- All prices are in GBP, and will be charged through Paypal Invoice
- Please provide good image references. I will work with written descriptions, but it will be my interpretation of your words, so it may not be as accurate as you'd hope.
- Full payment is required before I start the piece, any extra revisions will be charged before I make the edits
- One major revision and one minor revision are available free of charge, past that will add to the cost
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission at my own discretion
- You have the right to post the commission you have received from me wherever you please, I do ask you to include credit to me wherever it is posted though
- You cannot make prints, copies or merchandise of my work for profit
- If you’re commissioning me for a character that you don't own, you must have permission from the owner. Gift art is an exception, but I'd need proof that they know you.
- I always update my clients on when I am starting their work, and when I expect it to be done by. You will be informed if any of this changes. I intend to get a piece finished within a week, but it can take up to a month. You'll be kept updated on this.
- If you require a commission to be finished by a specific date, I may charge a rush fee, which will be discussed with you
- I will most likely post your commission publicly, if you wish not to be tagged, just let me know.
- I reserve the right to use your finished piece for promotional purposes, whether this be in commission examples, or a portfolio.
Refund Policy
- If the commission has not been started, or the sketch is not complete; you will receive a full refund. Do not post the sketch.
- If the sketch is complete and lineart has begun, you will receive a refund of 50 percent what you paid.
- Coloured and finished pieces are non refundable.

These terms will also be listed on your paypal invoice, they are non negotiable and you agree to them upon payment
Adoptables
- You can edit the adopt as you please, but you may only edit on top of my artwork for reference and demonstrative purposes. Do not publicly display artwork of mine that is edited.
- You may not resell adopts you buy from me for a higher price unless they come with additional art
- You are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way.
- You must credit my original design on additional reference sheets that are made, this does not have to be done with other art pieces.
- The adopts I sell are 18+ unless stated otherwise, which means they are fine to use for NSFW purposes. You can make them younger if you'd like, but they must not be used for NSFW purposes.
